TALENT BUYING: we maintain one on one daily communication
with several dozen agencies/agents that represent 99% of the
available touring artists. Our decades of contracting enables us the
lowest pricing, which is passed on to our clients.
PRODUCTION: whether staging, audio, lights, video, special
effects….no matter the level we will get you the right gear at the
right price. Of course the performers have specific needs but none
the less, we will not let you be “over sold”.
EVENT MANAGEMENT: maybe you have a yearly recurring event
with donated production and
Talent…great! We can manage the entire event, and save you money by
overseeing staffing, set-up/strike, security, and making sure the
show runs on time. |

MARKETING: with the incredible technology revolution, we can
guide you on the best methods to market and advertise your
particular event. The days of simply “give some tickets to the local
radio station” are 100% over especially with the promulgation of
satellite radio and direct internet opportunities.
TICKETING: we have the experience whether your event is all
reserved, all general admission, or a combination. We sold 197,643
reserved seats for Garth Brooks in Texas Stadium, and since the 26
camera positions changed each night, (along with special effects in
the seats) we had to plan for and relocate over 1000 people per
show! Ticketing (or ducats), as we know them, will change over the
next 5-10 years potentially being eliminated altogether! |

SPECIAL SITUATIONS (outdoors, risk management, security): trust us….never say “I’ve seen it all” for that is when you will
really get surprised. But our in house staff does have over 100
combined years of service to this industry and can guide and inform
you to make intelligent decisions as you navigate what can be
a very tricky industry. |
